My first SST training camp was FANTASTIC. Very intense, excellent coaches, a very nice team, lots of water time, lots of spinning, fitness and running.
Lots of thanks to all who made it happen – Carmen, Alberto, Luc, Michael and perhaps some others who helped getting the boats to Barcelona and beyond.
