The Swiss Optimist ranking for the season 2014/2015 is out: I came in 51th out of 78. It’s a bit strange that there are around 110 kids at each national regatta but only so few in the overall ranking. Anyway, I am second in my age group, Opti-Benjamin, a whopping 30 places behind # 1 (but I am hoping to come closer with my new opti :-)) and 20 places in front of # 3. I ranked 66th of 94 (where are all the others gone?) in 2014 overall and 4th among the Opti-Benjamins.
I received a very nice trophy at the Swiss Optmist general assembly in August (see below).
